Fortadio guides modernization projects for traction and hydraulic installations, full or partial repair projects, and processes involving multiple parties. Even at complex locations such as theaters, hospitals, parking garages, and business complexes, Fortadio provides structure and overview. Because Fortadio itself performs modernizations and repairs daily, project management is directly linked to technical practical experience. This way, risks are made clear in advance and execution remains predictable.
From survey to delivery
Every project starts with an on-site survey. We assess the installation, shaft, machine room, and all conditions. Based on this, a technically substantiated advice and a practical schedule with realistic lead times follow. Then we take care of purchasing and preparation, with materials from our own stock or through fixed suppliers. During execution, one fixed project manager monitors planning, quality, safety, and communication with all parties involved. After installation, testing, adjustment, and documentation follow. Where necessary, we apply our Pro-Hydro print to make installations more energy-efficient. Finally, we supervise the inspection and ensure a complete and neat delivery.
